The ferrite core memory board is organized by 4 x 9 blocks. Each block is represented with matrix of 34 x 32 ferrite cores. Each ferrite core is traversed by three wires in
this design.

Boxes, containers of ferrite cores. The ferrite cores (and the memory boards too) were produced in Eastern Germany
in a factory called "Kombinat VEB Keramische Werke Hermsdorf". The Hermsdorf is a small village in Thüringen.
